Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At Manifest Studio, we want you to be completely in love with your creative journey. We take pride in the quality of our DIY kits, miniatures, and puzzles. However, if something is not quite right, we are always here to make it right.
1. 14-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day free return and exchange policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange completely free of charge.
To be eligible for a return:- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Damages, Missing Parts & Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If a wooden piece is broken, a part is missing, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange replacement parts for you as soon as possible at no additional cost.
3. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-personalized orders and final-sale clearance items.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
