At Manifest Studio, we want you to feel confident and supported when shopping with us.

Because crystals are natural products, each piece may have unique variations in color, texture, size, shape, and pattern. These natural characteristics are part of the beauty of crystals and are not considered defects.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Items without original packaging
Customized, personalized, or final sale items
Items returned without prior approval
Products with natural variations that are not considered defects

Natural Crystal Variations

Please understand that natural crystals are not factory-made products. Variations such as mineral lines, inclusions, uneven colors, small pits, textures, and differences from product photos may occur.

These features are natural and do not qualify as product defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may not be refundable unless required by law.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product issue, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
